As a Philanthropist I would find old worn furniture, repair it, paint it, and then donate it! I'd re-do entire rooms for single mums, dads, and teens in need. I'd donate the paint and furniture and design curtains, linens and wall hangings. I was happy to be a blessing and their gratitude was payment enough.
