Hi, I am Nawel. Olive oil is an essential part of Tunisian cuisine and a fundamental ingredient for those who choose a healthy and balanced daily diet. Olive oil has been part of my culture and family tradition in Tunisia for many generations. I came to California with my husband and two children in 2017. We enjoyed discovering local olive oils, but we missed our authentic Tunisian olive oil that is extracted fresh every year from our families' olive trees. I realized that it was difficult to find pure Tunisian oil in US stores despite Tunisia being one of the worldwide leaders in olive oil production. In 2019 I decided to share my passion for olive oil by bringing the best of Tunisian olive oil to the USA and presenting it to the local community and consumers. It is pure, authentic, fresh, not blended, and it is extracted from Tunisian olive varietals that do not exist anywhere else on the planet. In 2019 I founded Massiva LLC, and the first release of Damya Extra Virgin Olive Oil was produced in 2020. Sincerely, Nawel
