Placed an order from this company and received a damaged item. I contacted them through Faire and was directed to send photos to a separate email address. I did so promptly, but didn’t receive a response for several weeks. After finally hearing back and exchanging several messages, I was told I’d need to go through Faire for a refund. By then, the 60-day window had passed, and I’m now stuck paying for damaged merchandise. The lack of communication and accountability was incredibly unprofessional
