Cel founders recognized there were limitations within traditional hair care products; brands weren’t making a connection between both science and nature. Thus, Cel was born - High-Performance, Natural Hair Care, Developed With Science. 2019 A Board of Experts was formed. Collaboration with a team of regenerative medicine scientists and some of the world’s most forward-thinking manufacturers, led to the development of a range of innovative hair care products, which improve and promote the quality, vitality, and longevity of hair. 2020 Personalized Haircare Systems & a new Sustainable Strategy came to fruition.
