About GreenIsland Bakery
GreenIsland Bakery is an Irish & European bakery inspired by family recipes handed down through generations. GreenIsland Bakery was founded in 2020 by owner Caroline Johnston when she realized how much she missed authentic baked goods from Northern Ireland. Specializing in a melt in your mouth shortbread range, it is the perfect gift for yourself , employees, friends, family or clients. As a social enterprise, GreenIsland Bakery partners with organizations to support women who are recovering from traumatic experiences.

Thanks for our first shipment... they were packed well, and we think it will be a great addition to our gift shop.

Everyone loves these cookies! Had no problem selling out in my store. Plus the entrepreneur behind the brand is amazing.

First order was flawless. Second order they sent items that weren’t ordered, they sent items that did not match the description, and they sent items that did not have an ingredient panel and could not be sold. When I contacted them about this disaster of an order, they dragged their feet. We ended up eating the cost and donating the items to a food pantry. Their lack of responsibility is reprehensible, and we have mentioned to Faire that Greene Island bakery reflects poorly on the platform.
