About Ripped Rags
Growing up in a children’s clothing store founded by my mother and aunt in 1955 shaped my lifelong love of fashion, design, and creativity. Long before I was born, they built more than a business — they showed me what it means to be a strong, hardworking woman who leads with kindness and heart. Years later, after purchasing our own production facility, Ripped Rags was born. We’ve always believed in doing things differently. We take super soft t-shirts, hoodies, denim jackets and more and sew bold, eye-popping artwork on frayed patches and pockets — creating wearable art with attitude and originality. Our unisex socks are truly something to experience! Every design, embellishment, and finishing detail is custom made in our American factory in good ole Elmhurst, IL, U.S.A. We proudly produce each piece specifically for your store.
