Wow is a word to sum up this product. We purchased this ground beef originally because our main supplier/vendor didn't, predictably, have product for us. After having this stuff in our store, I can tell you that, as long as we can control it/have a choice, we will not be using a different vendor for ground beef! The price is right and this stuff is QUALITY. We were so impressed with the taste and texture. We also purchased some of the posters to help promote the product & customers love it!
