I had a shirt missing and messaged to let them know. In the past they have not responded to my messages so I went online and marked the missing item on Faire asking for a replacement. The lady messaged me and told me that it was on back order but since I reported it to Faire that it would be canceled. I ordered it specifically for a customer. I am appalled at their customer service.

This is not accurate and taken out of context. A missing item reported to Faire would cause it not to be paid by Faire so what we were saying is that we would have to enter it as a separate order in-house to fulfill the backorder.
