With over 40 years of confectionery experience behind us, we are a mother-and-son team reimagining what fudge can be—rooted in tradition, elevated with intention. Our signature product is the fudge block: a generous square of rich, handcrafted fudge topped with chocolate and a flavor-matching design. Each block is bold, playful, and made to be shared or savored solo. We’ve expanded our offerings to include fudge truffles and fudge spreads. All our products are made in small batches with care and creativity. Everything is made in-house using premium ingredients and traditional techniques. Whether you’re indulging in a gift box of truffles, spooning warm fudge over ice cream, or discovering a new seasonal flavor, our goal is to create an experience that feels personal, special, and a little nostalgic. At San Antonio Fudge Co., we don’t just make fudge. We create moments—rooted in heritage, elevated for today, and handmade to bring joy. ---------------------------- Our products have a 90-day shelf-life and are made to order. Products should be stored at room temperature and not refrigerated (unless humidity controlled and designed for chocolate). Avoid placing products in direct sunlight.
