Howdy, my name is Jordan. Glad you're here! I started Marrow & Tallow as a way to help folks better understand the value of livestock beyond just "Whats For Dinner." This all began when I worked on a Montana cattle ranch in 2020, experiencing firsthand both the beauty & challenges of modern ranching. Tallow is an excellent way to tap into the many benefits that beef & bison offer, but there is so much more to the story that you & I are writing together. Our mission is to make the best products we can, while putting the whole animal to good use. In the process we get to support regenerative agriculture as well as heal people, while ultimately aiming to heal broken systems.
