The Inspiration For Our Baking Mixes - A few years ago, Chelsea was diagnosed with Crohn’s Disease, a lifelong condition that affects the body’s digestive system and causes chronic inflammation. Chelsea had a difficult relationship with food following her diagnosis, but after years of trial and error, she found the perfect combination of foods that significantly improved her quality of life, and allowed her to live each day to the fullest. Food and recipes that excluded those ingredients quickly became referred to within her family as “Chelsea Approved!” Chelsea’s experience redefined her relationship with food and helped to shape her life and career. As a Registered Dietitian, Chelsea helps people discover that dietary changes aren’t as scary as they seem, and that no matter what, there are so many delicious foods to enjoy! Read their story
