**UPDATE - They finally followed up with a gift card to compensate for the inconvenience ** Took 10 WEEKS to receive my order (vs listed time on Faire of 2-2.5 weeks), and 2 pillows were missing. Poor customer service response to repeated emails, and no effort to make it right after extraordinary delays. Love their pillows, and was hoping to reorder from them again if their team worked to rectify the situation, but sadly will not after this frustrating experience.
