Leslie Aisner Novak is the CEO of Howda Designz and the inventor of HowdaSeats®, a multi-patented re-imagining of a portable seating device from the 1920s. After more than 30 years, her award-winning design continues to find new converts and applications for everywhere-comfort and back support. Novak has brought energy and innovation to every industry she has worked in, including architectural ceramic tile, journalism, academics, and the performing arts.
