About Kristiania Design

Kristiania Designs starting point is original art, in collaboration with selected artists and art houses. With access to the works of art, existing designs are reinterpreted, in close and creative dialogue with current and modern artists. This is done in collaboration with the textile supplier Innvik AS. All products are limited editions, produced on exclusive Jacquard loom in 100% Norwegian wool quality. Kristiania Design navigates in the space between the arts and the commercial. The results are high-quality products, made in collaboration with quality actors such as artist Bjarne Melgaard, Vigeland Museum and the National Museum in Oslo.Read their story
