About Made by Lane

Hello! I'm Tiffany Lane, the owner and creator of Made by Lane. I live in Savannah, Georgia with my husband and 3 beautiful children. I have always enjoyed creating art whether it was through the lens of my camera or painting on canvas. I started messing around with polymer clay in February 2020 and fell in love with it! There are so many ways you can manipulate the medium. I love how lightweight the clay is and how it can dress up any look! My pieces are inspired by the architecture from places I have visited (as well as my hometown of Savannah) and natural materials such as stones, granite and shells. I am a lover of mother nature and she has so much inspiration all around. My goal is to bring confidence and beauty to every person while expressing their own style. All earrings are made with polymer clay, which is a type of vinyl that is malleable until it is cured. This makes the pieces lightweight, durable and easy to care for. Since the clay is a plastic, I strive to avoid any waste and find new ways to reuse the scraps. Some earrings are also coated with resin, which gives them their shine. Made by Lane is handmade jewel, slow crafted in small batches for one of a kind pieces. I work with polymer clay, resin, and beads to create earrings, necklaces, rings and more. I use titanium, nickel free post (unless noted) and 14K gold filled jump rings on all pieces. All components are nickel & lead free.
