About Brasserie Pinte de Saire

When a dairy becomes a brewery... its beers are drunk like whey! In 2018, in the former dairy cooperative “Pointe de Saire” in Quettehou, 3 friends: Frédéric, Fabrice and Charles (brewer for 6 generations) imagined a beer proudly carrying the values of La Manche: La Chinchante. Jan 2022: the brewery moves to new premises in Saint-Vaast-la-Hougue. The team is expanding with the hiring of 3 new employees: Christophe, Axel and Agathe. June 2022: a new range dedicated to mass retail is developed: La Houguette available in blonde, white, amber and triple in various formats. June 2023: the Brasserie launches the CRAFT line with a new range, Les Chinquant Nuances. This range of tasting beers consists of ephemeral beers with a new recipe per month exclusively available in barrels. August 2023: opening of our Estaminet Normand, les 3 Tontons, a friendly place to meet over a good craft draft beer (bar, factory store, brewery tour, games, etc.). The rest is yet to be written...
