We started GardenParty in early 2024—me, Sophia; my mom, Alex; and my boyfriend, Oscar. We were all trying to find cleaner drink options, but everything on the shelf felt like a compromise: too much sugar, too many additives, or ingredients you needed a dictionary to decode. Oscar had been a craft bartender for years, and he kept reminding us that great drinks aren’t complicated—they just start with real ingredients. So we began making our own. GardenParty Shrubs are built around that idea. We use organic produce from San Diego farmers and make every batch by hand. Each bottle is just apple cider vinegar, fresh fruit, a touch of cane sugar, and herbs we grow ourselves. No preservatives, no flavorings, nothing unnecessary—just a clean, balanced mixer that works for cocktails and zero-proof drinks alike. Because shrubs naturally contain probiotics and electrolytes, they offer real function without forcing it. They taste good, they feel good, and they make it easy to drink in a way that aligns with how you already try to eat. What started as a small family project in San Diego has grown faster than we imagined. We’ve built a strong following here at home, and word has spread—now we have customers in all 50 states and are expanding our presence across the country.
