About CLICK by MONICA´S BAKERY

I tried up to ten types of vanilla before opting for Heilala's delicious and Tahitian Jewish ethic. I experimented with sugars: brown, raw, luster, ice... and with different proportions of butter and flours of all kinds to create my formulations. This is how Monica's Bakery was born and now we are inaugurating the new and large JuBells Pastisseria Gourmet store. Although 'Bundt Cakes' are my passion, I also love creating all kinds of cakes, chocolates, isomalt lollipops and cookies. For me, who doesn't like candy, I always make my creations on a less sweet level and emphasize the contrast of textures and flavors. I have taken my creations to television where I collaborate on a program decorating cakes.
