WHO WE ARE The Artisan & Company founded in 2011, is a sustainable lifestyle brand, born from a passion to create and curate quality designs while maintaining accessible prices. “Our designs are thoughtfully and ethically crafted by artisans we value while doing our best to uphold our duty to the environment and for you, who we aim to provide the highest quality materials and products at more reasonable prices.” WHERE WE ARE Made in Indonesia, the artisanal islands of natural born makers, all designs are handcrafted and materials locally sourced to reduce our environmental footprint. We stand by fair trade standards and we ensure our artisan partners receive fair wages for their skills. “We work directly alongside artisans we value and with whom we have formed long lasting sustainable partnerships and friendships." OUR WAY Our Hand-crafted and Made to Order production process provide our clients with a personalized touch customer service experience unlike any other. We collaborate directly with artisan groups in order to eliminate the typical markup by the middleman, offering our clients high-end goods without high-end prices. WE BELIEVE We aim to be environmentally sound by making a stand against having excess inventory through our Made to Order production process. We are also able to uphold the integrity of the materials sustained for each production. We believe in zero waste and our goal is to use every piece of leftover material to create smaller items.
