About doerrtoparadise
I am Saskia, founder of doerrtoparadise, and I love creating small moments full of joy, color, and lightness with my hand-painted illustrations. The idea for my label came during a trip to Hawaii. There I had this very special feeling of having opened a little door to paradise—a “door to paradise,” so to speak 🤭. Combined with my last name Dörr, it eventually became doerrtoparadise. In 2024 I made my dream come true and founded my own label. Since then my illustrations have been created with lots of love. Often it’s the little stories and personal moments that inspire me: for example, my affirmation posters were originally created as gifts for my godchildren. My condolence cards also have a very personal story and helped me process a loss myself. For me, it’s precisely this connection of feeling, personality, and illustration that makes doerrtoparadise. With my designs I want to bring a smile, accompany special moments, and bring a little everyday paradise into your homes. I believe life can and should be more often colorful, playful, and full of joy 🧡 I’m very happy to share my illustrations with you on FAIRE and maybe bring a little piece of paradise to your shops ☀️
