Patter used to make these bars for her children because she wasn't able to find snacks with whole-food ingredients. In 2018, her athletic son-in-law encouraged her to produce and sell them as there was nothing else like them on the market. Of course, we taste-tested! You would never guess that these bars have no added sugar or artificial sweeteners. They taste great, the packaging is really nice, and they come in boxes for display. Great all-around!
