About Namugongo Good Samaritan organization Limited

We are a not-for-profit social enterprise, working with single mothers, widows, teenage mothers in the communities of Uganda. We offer skills training, in hand work, starting up your business. Namugongo Good Samaritan Organization was started up in 2009, to offer counselling to the HIV affected and infected women in the communities. We there after transformed into skills training to support the victims with financial independence. hence, the recycled paper beads making. currently we work with 250 women in the communities of Uganda, making products from plant waste, recycled paper products that include and are not limited to Baskets, Bowls, Trivets, bags, Jewelry and table mats.Read their story
