Delivery date was not met, only days after I had asked what was with the order did a reply come up. All other answers were also forever in coming. Ingredients arrived by email almost 2 weeks later and the batch numbers again 1 week later. Soaps were impossible to pack - three different types loosely packed without a label. Since all soaps look identical, it was not possible to differentiate between the 3 varieties here. Very disappointing and not recommended either.
