About Zak's Chocolate

Zak's Chocolate is a 2-person international award-winning small-batch craft chocolate maker and an artisan chocolatier. Named to Food & Wines list of 50 Best Chocolate Makers and Tasting Table’s 17 Best Chocolatiers, we are among a small number of chocolatiers that makes 100% of our own chocolate instead of buying it from industrial chocolate manufacturers. And, we use only ethically-sourced cocoa beans to make our chocolate. We (Maureen & Jim, that's us) love chocolate and we love the amazing natural flavors of fine cacao varieties. In 2015 we took what started as Maureen's home hobby and created Zak’s Chocolate as a way to share our passion with everyone. Read their story
