Moong Pani's SPROUTED MUNG Sipping Broths, Dals and Khicharis are truly one of a kind. Because they are made from SPROUTED MUNG beans- an age old superfood. Our passion is to revitalize ancient Ayurvedic village foods. Moong Pani products are wholesome, quick and easy to make for our on-the-go lifestyle. All our products are 100% natural, plant-based, vegan, gluten-free, non-GMO, soy-free, nut-free, dairy-free, and soy-free We do not use any artificial colors, preservatives, flavours, sulphites, MSG or hydrogenated oils. All our products are wholly made in Canada in our dedicated facility. We use SPROUTED MUNG beans as the plant-based protein, enriched with aromatic spices like ginger, turmeric, cumin, and fresh lemon. These are known to aid digestion, heart health, gut health, and are anti-inflammatory and high in antioxidants. Our Moong Pani broths come in five robust flavours - each one is a warming hug-in-a-mug! Our Khichari Kit (Indian-style risotto) is a nourishing blend of cooked sprouted mung beans, par-boiled Basmati rice flavoured with turmeric, ginger and cumin. High in protein, fibre, iron, it makes for a nutritious and delicious one-pot-meal ready in only 20 mins.
