A little bit about us. We are a mother daughter team, living and making soap in Talent, Oregon. My mom started making soap in her kitchen about 12 years ago. Once she mastered a few recipes, she started giving it away to friends and family...and I haven’t bought a bar of soap in the store since! Over the years we came to rely on her soap as a savior from dry, itchy skin, smelly fragrance, harsh cleansers, and numerous other additives that come in many soaps on the market. I’ve always known my mom as a gardener, a grower, and a maker. She’s always grown much of her own food, and made many of her own products. With lots of encouragement, a little pushing, and a partner (me!) to deal with everything other than making the actual soap, we came to the conclusion that this soap should be put on the market so others could enjoy it as much as our family has. With some tweaking of the recipes to make it even more nourishing for the skin, and friendly to our planet, we are now a soap company.
