About Flux Coffee

Flux Coffee, established in 2010 in Berkeley, California, set out to deliver high quality coffee to our community. Flux began as a strictly cold brew coffee company after developing an innovative cold brew method and distributing it via bottles and kegs to the area. After relocating to the East Coast, Flux made the conscientious decision to open a cafe and roastery in Farmingdale, New York. Ethically sourcing coffee from our partners, roasting weekly and manually brewing every cup fresh, we strongly value providing an experience our local community deserves, as we wouldn't exist without their amazing support. Since day one Flux has been and continues to be serious advocates about coffee education through a fully transparent experience. From farm to roasting to brew method, we want our community to know why and how things are done. Flux might approach coffee differently than most but for a good reason, because we want our community to have the best drinks possible served by our friendly, knowledgeable staff. Read their story
