About Stacey Malasky

Stacey Malasky is an artist, illustrator, and screen printer living and working out of Detroit, MI. Stacey creates screen printed paper goods and textiles. Her work is nature based, botanical and imaginative all while evoking a timeless quality. All of her prints are made from original drawings and each one is a little unique, because they are all hand pulled in her basement print shop. She is endlessly inspired by the world around her, especially her backyard eco-system. All prints are created using eco-friendly water based inks for paper and textile printing. Stacey is committed to sustainability, reducing waste and reusing materials whenever possible, so you may often receive a package you ordered from her in an upcycled box or package. All the paper she prints on is made from recycled materials locally from a family owned paper mill in Michigan and the tea towels are unbleached cotton also made in Michigan.Read their story
