Unlike the name suggests, ground almonds are not nuts! It is the root tubers of the earth almond plant of the same name. And they have a slightly nutty taste. That's probably the name. Tender almonds are elaborately harvested, cleaned and ground several times. That's why you won't find them in a 0815 ready-made industrial cereal. Plenty of vital and fiber supports digestion, intestines and immune system and provides you with long-lasting and healthy energy.
