Soul Roots was born out of a desire to bring ancestral, authentic flavors from Lebanon to tables all over the world. Soul Roots organic extra virgin olive oil is first cold pressed and singularly sourced from Souri olive groves in Central Lebanon. Souri olives are the oldest know cultivar and are especially rich in polyphenols, imparting an earthy aromatic palate. Soul Roots spices and spice mixes have been expertly curated and carefully blended to reflect the flavors of the Levant.
