About Morning Lover

I created Morning Lover after a personal health crisis reshaped how I thought about energy, digestion, and daily rituals. After three emergency heart procedures at 33 and a later autoimmune diagnosis, I became deeply aware of how much traditional caffeine and “push through” wellness products worked against my body rather than with it. I wanted a morning drink that felt comforting, nourishing, and genuinely enjoyable. Something I could return to every day without jitters, crashes, or gut discomfort. Morning Lover was born out of that need. We are a female-owned, small-batch company producing whole-food blends in the United States. Our ingredients are thoughtfully sourced, minimally processed, and chosen as much for taste as for function. We believe indulgence and nourishment do not need to be at odds, and that daily rituals can feel good emotionally and physically. Morning Lover is built around the idea that energy does not have to be extracted or forced.
