Here's a draft for your review: --- I am very disappointed with the quality of these heart-shaped products. They are designed to be rubbed into the face, but they are so firm that it's impossible to use them as intended. While I appreciate the pleasant scent, the overall construction of the product leaves much to be desired. I expected better quality for my purchase.

I was really excited for this product however the product was not sealed good, just covered with a tin foil that wouldn't stay on under the lid. This caused the oils from the products to leak everywhere by the time I got them. This is not something I will be able to sell on my site as it would make my complete bad. I wil be returning the products soon.

The products are not "covered with a tin foil" but are properly sealed using special foil specifically used for cosmetics packaging. The only probable reason they may have leaked is because they were mishandled by the shipping carrier during shipment. —Bonbon • Dec 19, 2022

We love the product. Sadly a couple of the jars leaked so everything was really oily., however, would still order again because these products are pretty sweet!

They smell wonderful but alot of them were melted when we received them. We can't sell them as a jar of individual balls when they are melted together. :(
