About Zenthusiasm

My name is Tricia and I’m all about positivity, uplifting vibes and finding time to reflect and process my emotions, my life, and take a break from what’s going on in the outside world. And at the risk of exposing too much of my personal life, I definitely find I do a lot of this time when I’m in the bath. It’s the time of day when I can soak away my stresses, lay back, enjoy the vibe and aroma with candles, a good book and switch off. One thing that is fundamental for me in this experience is using bath salts. What I’ve found missing on the high street though is a range of them. Sure, I can buy the normal Epsom salts which are good for drawing toxins from the body, they help relax muscles, they are a natural emollient and exfoliator etc. But scented ones are hard to come by. I had some Acai berry scented ones and I’ve bought the odd peppermint batch here and there but they seem very generic. So to enhance the experience myself, I set about making my own homemade scented range, and it inspired me to launch the idea of Zenthusiasm. A great name and strapline thought of by my 10 year old daughter – enticing people to experience a new side of Zen.
