Ordered 2 styles of black belts from them & didn't realize belts had some residual dye leftover from production until a customer tried one on with pink dress pants. The pants are stained black all around the waist by the belt. Contacted the brand and the response I got was deflecting. Said they never had this problem and maybe we got them dirty/wet. This is ridiculous. It's clearly black dye, not dirt. Couldn't get it out with shout wipes or anything. No response from them now since 6 days.
