About Silly Squish Slime

We are a small family business established in July of 2020 by our eldest daughter, Lyla. When Lyla was 8, she asked her mother (me! Sonia) to help her start her own slime business. It was the onset of the pandemic, and since we had some time on our hands, I agreed it would be a great project for us! We ordered oodles of glue and soft clay, designed a logo and created an Instagram account. We began by selling to friends and family and donating all of the proceeds to various children's charities. Our slime became so coveted, that we decided to expand and offer slime kits and host mobile slime parties. Our Slime Kits are now our BEST SELLER! Over four years later, we've sold thousands of jars of pre-made slime, hundreds of slime kits, hosted numerous successful slime event, and have raised almost $6000 for charity. Lyla has even been featured on the cover of Canadian OWL Magazine, Global AND City TV News. She's won numerous Kidpreneur awards and continues to amaze us with her creativity and tenacity.
