You know us through our shoes, bags, belts and wallets. Fernando Castellano opened his first store in Madrid in 1942, so it may currently be one of the oldest businesses on Hermosilla Street. A small store but with a special and artisan flavor. What began as a composure workshop quickly became a reference for the most demanding class in the manufacture of tailor-made country boots and women's shoes. The 1960s arrived and a wave of young and new air led a second generation, Lorenzo, Gloria and Fernando, to create the famous loafers that filled the market in those years and that since then all of Madrid has known as “Castilians”, named after the family surname. At that time, shoes were made only to order and you had to wait up to three months to get a pair of shoes and a bucket bag. A whole generation still remembers those times today. The tastes and needs of our customers have meant that we have now developed a wide collection of shoes with the same quality as in the past, achieved through handmade and entirely Spanish production. You can choose between different materials, colors and everything you want, because we can do anything you can think of. Customization: some of the models of our shoes were named after a customer or a special person: Solis, Villota, Diego... why can't it be yours?
