About Olivelle

Some of our fondest memories are rooted in the kitchen, where creativity, patience, and a love for food come together. This passion led us to create Olivelle—a place where quality ingredients and culinary inspiration meet. Founded in 2006 by mother-daughter team Michelle and Brie, we opened our flagship retail store in Bozeman, MT, with a mission to elevate the cooking experience. Early on, we struggled to find high-quality infused oils and vinegars—many suppliers masked lower-quality oils with artificial flavors, compromising taste and integrity. Determined to offer only the best, we took matters into our own hands, starting with a high-quality, single-estate extra virgin olive oil- something unheard of in the industry at the time. With the right ingredients and inspiration, we want to help people see cooking as a joy, not a task. That’s why we offer a curated selection of oils, vinegars, spices, herbs, and infused salts—paired with recipe cards to spark creativity in the kitchen. Today, we produce over 150 products, sourcing ingredients from small family farms that prioritize quality over quantity.
