Cocktail Garnish Co. was created in December of 2020 with one mission - Supply bars and restaurants nationwide with near zero lead time. We're helping chains, casinos, hotels, bars, and restaurants to save time, reduce labor costs, and reduce produce waste. Scaling a dehydration business is an incredibly hard feat due to the extremely long times it takes to produce fruit and high labor requirements. Our continued mission is to keep our shipping times quick and provide high quality dehydrated garnishes at fair prices.
