Established in 2007 as Australia's first insect protein farm, our passion is to create more food using less resources. We circle fruit and vegetable waste, back into our food system as feed for our mini-livestock. All while using a fraction of the amount of space and natural resources when compared to traditional farming. Our freshly branded retail range, called Circle Harvest, creates familiar foods, that shoppers already purchase, and we enrich them with one special little ingredient...crickets! Imagine snacking on a bag of corn chips with more protein than an egg, or devouring some delicious chocolate pancakes for breakfast that will add a boost to your daily iron intake. The addition of our invisible, Australian farmed insect proteins did all that. We have control over the entire value chain (under one roof!), from farm to table, and develop our products to contain only natural ingredients, to be minimally processed and nutrient dense.
