Achilles Heat® is a Brooklyn based small batch brand known for smoke forward flavor and layered aromatics. The signature Smoked Chili Crisp was developed through years of cooking at New York City pop ups, exploring how slow smoked chiles, infused spices, and aromatic oils can bring depth, brightness, and texture to everyday dishes. The result is a chili crisp that is richly aromatic, with crispy garlic and shallots and a balanced heat that chefs and home cooks reach for again and again. Achilles Heat grew out of Brooklyn’s pop-up and market community, where direct feedback from cooks, chefs, and customers helped shape the flavor and evolution of the product. Each batch is made by hand using a blend of Asian and South American peppers along with carefully infused spices to create bold, expressive flavor that works across many cuisines. Achilles Heat products have been featured in chef collaborations across New York City, including at Paulie Gee’s Restaurant, and the Achilles Heat Smoked Chili Crisp was awarded Best New Sauce at Sauce King NYC 2025, recognizing standout flavor, innovation, and chef appeal.
