A small pepper garden on the Bogue Sound bolstered my love for hot sauce. I made a few batches from the home grown peppers, and people around town went crazy for it. Next thing you know Hoop Pole Creek Hot Sauce was born. We are now in over 45 locations and growing. We have 10 sauces with something for everybody Mild-Very Hot.
