Nessa & Kenna Boutique is incredibly responsive and quick to fix any issues. The tip of the mermaid pendulum I received was bent off-center, but Katrina was quick to pull them from inventory to check them over, fix them, and send me a new one, even adding a colored pearl bead to the mermaid at the end of the chain. Thank you so much! Hoping to do more business with this boutique in the near future.
