After years of struggling with extreme fatigue, inflammation, and digestion issues, Founder + CEO Sara Cullen discovered that like 90% of Americans, she was nutrient deficient despite eating “a perfect diet.” But when she headed to the supplement aisle, she was met with band-aid solutions full of synthetic ingredients and artificial sweeteners. Driven by her passion for natural health solutions and her own health journey, Sara teamed up with a diverse range of medical professionals to formulate the first real-food multivitamin. Instead of creating another synthetic supplement packed with wasteful megadoses, this group (now known as GEM’s Scientific Advisory Board) considered common nutrient-deficiencies in The Standard American Diet and formulated GEM’s Daily Bite to help fill those gaps.
