Better ingredients. Better information. Better pet care. What is Finnessiam? The name comes from the three dogs at the heart of our story — Finn, Jesse & William. When our founder changed career in 2006 to work with animals full time, Wendie quickly became aware of a lack of education and information around the ingredients used in pet-care products. Pet cosmetics aren’t scrutinised in the same way as human cosmetics, despite the fact that we apply them directly to our pets. That sparked a mission: to create better products and help pet owners make more informed choices. Our range of pet health and grooming products is built around carefully considered ingredients, with our signature Colloidal Silver used as the base of all our grooming products. We also developed Smart Oil, harnessing ingredients with exceptional antioxidant properties to create something genuinely different for pet care. Never any SLS, SLeS, Parabens, MEA, DEA, Phthalates, Silicones or alcohols, suitable for the most sensitive skin yet formulated for all coat types and colours. Sealy & Spoo was a later addition with lightly scented versions of the Leave In Conditioner and Detangle Spray (all paraben, lyral and lilial free scents). Born from a love of animals.
