About Zoe's Meats
Zoe’s Meats was founded as an artisan meat company in 2007 by two guys in the meat business who met playing beach volleyball. The idea behind Zoe’s Meats was to give chefs access to cured and smoked meats that were so good they didn’t have to make them from scratch in-house. Next thing you know, bacon, deli meats and salamis were being delivered in Zoe’s Meats refrigerated vans and getting branded on menus. The Zoe’s Meats motto has always been one customer at a time, one box at a time – and that hasn’t changed. Through acquisition (Daphne’s Creamery) and incubation of micro brands (Two Chicks Jerky and Big Bottom Market) Zoe’s Meats celebrates its 14th year.
