Rooted in a legacy of spice trading that spans generations, The Bedouin Company brings you thoughtfully sourced, high-quality spices and comestibles from the Middle East, Africa, and beyond. Our journey began with our grandfather, a Palestinian spice trader who, after being uprooted from Jaffa in 1948, lived among the Bedouin in the Jordanian desert—selling spices from the back of a camel. He later opened the first spice shop in downtown Amman and helped launch one of Jordan’s finest spice producers, from whom we still source our products today. Our heritage runs deep, inspired by the Bedouin’s nomadic spirit, rich cultural traditions, and enduring connection to the land. As third-generation traders, we’ve lived and worked across four continents, and we pour that global experience into every offering—from sun-dried jameed to aromatic spice blends. More than just a spice company, we are cultural storytellers.
