Such a bummer. We were so excited to bring these products in. As a fellow herbalist, these are solid formulas. But we are successful because we are consistent, and care about the value we provide. All the tinctures we received were underfilled and all different levels, *much* different from the fill line in the photos. We make our own tinctures, and offer several others. It is industry standard to fill a 1oz bottle to 1oz. I went direct, expecting her to make it right. Sadly, i was wrong.
