About Conserverie Artisanale Maison Marthe - Oléron

Our project, our workshop and our products Our project is twofold. An artisanal workshop for making fresh products and preserves and a restaurant, Villa Marthe, in which we let our creations taste during the summer season. We make preserves inspired by local recipes but brought up to date for demanding customers who love good products. With our team of 7 enthusiasts, we manufacture three ranges of products inspired by our local gastronomic culture and the needs of our restaurant. We work with short and very qualitative product ranges (Medalists every year at the Saveurs Nouvelle Aquitaine Competition): - Seafood preserves - crumbled by hand, half of which are supplied by La Cotinière - Local charcuterie - defatted and lightly salted - Dessert creams - without chemical flavors. The guiding principle of our products is to promote beautiful raw materials (very generous at all times) and by working as naturally as possible, whether fresh or canned. We work with a Meilleur Ouvrier de France who regularly comes to help us improve our manufacturing methods and our ranges.Read their story
