About Murciano Art Gallery
Patrice Murciano is a painter and photographer from Montpellier, France. He is recognized worldwide for his very colorful POP creations. A style he calls "NEW POP," this style was born in 2012 after a first portrait in collaboration with designer Jean-Paul Gaultier. Patrice then went on to collaborate with big names in cinema and music; Vanessa Paradis, Stromae, Will.i.am... More recently, he completed a project on Michael Jackson in collaboration with Dieter Wiesner, Michael Jackson's former manager, who wrote the preface for the new book "NEW POP 10th anniversary." Patrice is inspired by POP CULTURE, and his style is also part of the STREET ART movement. He created his first gallery in the south of France in 2018.
