Practice makes perfection! Birthed from the art and curiosity of food preservation, the roots of Nourishing Cultures began to grow over 30 years ago. Flash forward to the early 2000s and you'll find owner, Heath Carey, applying principles of environmental science and sound methodology into self-preserving ferments. That seedling became showered with tastebud admiration and praise from peers leading to the creation of Nourishing Cultures, Montana's Premiere Kombucha business in 2013.
